What is Red Wolf Recovery ? The Red Wolf Recovery Project is based on the well known TWRP Recovery, while it brings a lot of more tools and gadgets you might expect from a any Recovery. The reason of behind this Recovery is to deliver a stable recovery that is rich in features you have not seen before in any other recovery.
The Red Wolf Recovery Project is the first Recovery is offering a password protection to his users.

How to Install Red Wolf Recovery on any Mido Devices

Your warranty is now void.

Install Red Wolf Recovery

Unlock your device bootloader
Install ADB Tools

Copy the downloaded RedWolf-mido.img into the ADB folder . You should find here the adb.exe and fastboot.exe

Open Command Prompt 

Enable USB Debugging. To enable USB Debugging.

Go to settings= Additional Settings= Developer Options = USB Debugging = Set it to "Enable"

Fot the first install, use the RedWolf-v3.1.1_020-mido.img file and install the update file RedWolf_3.1.1_020-mido.zip 

afterwards using Red Wolf Recovery. 

Use these four Commands in the Command Promt: 

 adb reboot bootloader

to reboot into Fastboot

 fastboot flash recovery RedWolf-v3.1.1_020-mido.img

to flash the Recovery(if you have an updated version)

 fastboot boot RedWolf-v3.1.1_020-mido.img

to Boot for the first time into Red Wolf Recovery, as stock recovery will otherwise overwrite your recovery again...


How to use OTA Updates with Red Wolf Recovery

Boot into Red Wolf Recovery

Open "Advanced Settings"

Open "Special Action"

Click "OK" at the Popup Message

Scroll down and CHECK "Support MIUI Incremental OTA" and "Include System in OTA Survival"

Reboot into System

Enjoy your OTA Updates......
